With Pacha Ibiza, the jewel of the Group’s crown, the cherry brand became part of the most intimate essence of the island. Since the opening in 1973, Pacha Ibiza has attracted visitors from all over the globe and has become a must see venue due to its personality, experience and its way of understanding and living the nightlife. The subsequent evolution of the group fused the initial pioneer spirit with the professionalism acquired along the years, and provided it with successes, failures, hits and misses.

The club is hugely successful and seen to be the trendiest club in Ibiza with strict dress code and a more classy clientele. This may be down to the enormous VIP area which is the largest in Ibiza, but still full in the peak season with people who like to flash the cash, celebrities and the clubbing elite.

The club is the smallest of the super clubs in Ibiza with a small 3,000 capacity which is often reached as early as 2:00am on some of Pacha’s flagship nights. The small capacity and high demand make the Pacha entrance prices some of the most expensive on the island, as are the drinks. A handy tip for saving money is to be a resident at Pacha’s El Hotel or eat a meal at Pacha’s restaurant, both of which will gain you free entry to the club. Another idea is to invest in a VIP table which can be cost effective if you like to drink in clubs.

2011 was a huge year for Pacha, Swedish House Mafia took over the club on Monday’s for their Masquerade Motel parties, which had an astronomical entrance price, but the club was full every single night, for normal paying punters and VIPs alike, tickets were incredibly hard to get hold of. The next big night of Pacha is David Guetta’s F*** Me I’m Famous night which had an equally expensive entrance price and attendance. David Guetta and Pacha are a match made in heaven. Defected in the House returned to Pacha on Saturdays continuing their long tradition with the brand. Subliminal and Erick Morillo brought the crowds back for their Wednesday night set. Pete Tong returned triumphantly to Pacha to huge success with his new night Pacha’s Gone Pete Tong. Flower Power and Pacha Seduction returned to their Tuesday nights at Pacha as did Cadenza on Sundays.
